1. FULL-SERVICE RETAINER PACKAGE:

How it works:

- Direct access via video, email, phone, and text
- Program development, budget assistance, and funding recommendations
- Monthly grant strategy guidance
- $150/application for Grant Guidance (see below)
- Application review before submission for confidence in your proposal
- Money List stays updated & hosted on our search engine server
No contracts! Invoices are sent around the 25th of each month. If you need a break, just let us know by the 20th to avoid being billed. If the Retainer lapses for more than 3 months, there are low-cost options to keep your Money List active.
2. ONE-TIME PURCHASES:
MONEY LIST (Customized List of Funders)
$1,500 one-time fee (For non-retainer clients, the Money List only price will be $1,800)
How It Works:
- G$A uses a specialized search engine to match funders to your nonprofit
- Every funder is individually reviewed to remove ineligible opportunities
- Funders are in order of deadline and include request amounts and focus areas
- Includes notes on whether competition is global, national, regional or local
- Includes notes on funder priorities
Money List Full-Service Retainer Package Option:
- 12-month customized list of funders in order of deadline
- G$A pays to keep the Money List hosted on the search engine server
- Client receives monthly updates
- G$A discusses upcoming grants with client and makes recommendations
- Track wins and reporting due dates
Money List One-Time Purchase Option:
- 12-month customized funder list in order of deadline
- No hosting, updates, or tracking of wins or reporting due dates
- The Money List is deleted from the search engine once it is sent to the client
GRANT GUIDANCE
$300 per grant application
How it works:
- Access to G$A via email, phone, online and text
- Help with budgets
- Discuss funder priorities and application questions
- Available for support as you fill out each section
- Application review before submission
- You don’t have to go through the grant process alone!
GRANT WRITING
Quoted by application. Fees range from $500-$3,000 and are based on many factors. Federal grants start at $3,000 and are not recommended.
